At the UNC-Charlotte 49 Classic last weekend, the Cavaliers broke six school records at just their first outdoor event of the season, showing that the hard work that earned the men's team an AAC indoor championship will continue to pay dividends in the spring.

"We were pleased to see some good results this weekend. Coming off the end of spring break week, we had a number of folks dealing with injuries that prevented us from competing to our fullest ability," said head coach Jason Lewkowicz. "Nonetheless, the folks who did compete got some valuable experience in a big meet environment. We look forward to getting healthy and stronger over the next two weeks as we prepare for our home meet."
